سياسة الاستبدال والإرجاع | Return & Refund Policy
- إذا وصلك عطر غير اللي طلبته، أو وصلت القنينة مكسورة أو فيها تسريب، بنبدلها مجاناً وبنتحمّل رسوم التوصيل.
- لازم تتواصل معنا على واتساب (0770247700) خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام، وتبعتلنا صورة للمنتج.
- لأسباب صحية، ما بنقدر نرجّع أو نبدّل العطر بعد فتحه أو استخدامه.
- بتقدر تفحص الطلب قدام المندوب قبل ما تدفع. رفض الطلب بدون سبب بعد ما يوصل بيكون مقابل دفع رسوم التوصيل.
- If you receive the wrong perfume, or a bottle arrives broken or leaking, we replace it for free and cover the delivery cost.
- Contact us on WhatsApp (+962 7 7024 7700) within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo of the product.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You can check your order in front of the courier before paying. Refusing an order without reason after delivery requires paying the delivery fee.
